~~ March 24th, 2026 ~~

Nico is from Italy. On March 24, 2026, she visited FengChinYun Academy to enjoy tea and discuss Qigong. She had visited several tea mountains in China and had studied Qigong in Italy for many years. She could feel the Qi and see light when meditating.

Nico來自義大利, 2026/3/24到風清雲學苑品茗談氣功，她曾到過中國幾處茶山, 在義大利學習氣功多年, 靜坐可以感受氣感並看到光。

~~ March,19th, 2026 ~~

In February and March of this year, I led a Slovakian couple in practicing Chen-style Tai Chi. They were very humble and polite, and they loved and were familiar with Chinese culture.

Practicing Tai Chi at the FengChinYun Neihu Tai Chi Center, we chatted over tea, discussing the Three Kingdoms stories in English—it felt a bit like stepping into another time 😅🤭.

On March 19th, I took them to a tea ceremony at Ming-Hua -Tang Tea House to experience tea culture. Coincidentally, a French Tai Chi student was also visiting Taiwan for the third time, so I invited her to join us. We met Italian tea enthusiasts at the tea ceremony, and the day turned into a European-themed area 😁.

今年2～3月帶領一對斯洛伐克夫妻練習陳氏太極拳，他們非常謙和禮貌，喜歡並熟悉中華文化。

在風清雲內湖道館練太極，泡茶聊天，用英文談論三國故事，有點時空錯亂感 😅🤭。

3/19帶他們參加茗華堂的茶會，體驗茶道文化。恰好法國太極學員也三度來台灣，我邀請她一起前往，茶席上遇到義大利茶友，當天就變成歐洲專區 😁。

~~ Jan 11th, 2026 ~~

On January 11, 2026, a Polish man and a Japanese man, who had moved to Spain and admired Chinese Taoist culture, came to Taiwan for five days to visit several scenic spots and temples.

I was honored to be on their visit list too 🤭. Because of the limited time, I only taught them dantian breathing and standing meditation (Zhan-Zhuang), and they were quite amazed by the effectiveness of my demonstration 👍.

2026/1/11 一位波蘭人和一位日本人，移居在西班牙，仰慕中華道家文化，來台灣5天拜訪幾處景點和廟宇。

很榮幸我也列在他們的拜訪名單中🤭。因為時間短，只教了丹田呼吸和站樁，他們對我的示範效果頗為驚嘆👍。
